The Art of Supported Rest - A 4-Week Rest Exploration
Experience the benefits of doing nothing and resting deeply in each weekly, 60-minute class led by Energetic Wellness Master Practitioner, Kat Soong. With the support of props, we will invite the body into a state of ease and relaxation so the body can heal itself.
This is your weekly invitation to gently unravel your nervous system as we prioritize rest.

FOR MAXIMUM COMFORT, BE SURE TO BRING: a yoga mat, something to cover the eyes (an extra sock or washcloth will do!), a blanket and warm clothing and socks to keep cozy.
Space is limited to 10 students to ensure proper personal attention.
